Lessons from Networks for School Improvement: School Year 2020-2021 (The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation)

Since August 2018, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has made grants to 24 organizations that are supporting 38 networks of middle and high schools, called Networks for School Improvement (NSI). These networks aim to improve outcomes for students who are Black, Latino, or experiencing poverty by using data-driven approaches to continually improve their practice. This report captures four trends, based on the work of NSIs during the 2019-20 and 2020-21 school years.
