This document provides readers a glimpse into the coalition structure which guides the implementation of the King County Promise. The structure and charges for these work groups was established following research from similar Promise programs nationwide, input from education stakeholders, and best practices. Within each team, this document shares a short summary of the team purpose and lists the roles, makeup, time commitment, and expectations.
