Student + Teacher Collaborative on Race and Racism (IFL, Dallas ISD, Community Design Partners)

This publication came out of the work between CDP, Institute for Learning, and Dallas ISD and is a great example of how empathy interviews can lead to long-term, powerful work. In this case, the interviews led to a 3-month conversation on race and identity and the joint development of a new lesson plan focused on these same topics which they are now exploring how to embed in their ELA work.
